Day 0: Arrival at Entebbe.

Arrival meet and great our representative & transfer to your hotel in Entebbe City. Our reservations expert will share hotel options in Entebbe. Meals: Breakfast.

Day1: Entebbe to Kidepo  Valley National Park
Early morning at 6.00am, our driver will pick you up from your hotel in Entebbe/Kampala, transfer by road to Kidepo Valley National Park, Africa’s finest wilderness through the plains of Acholi and partly Karamonja area. Approximate driving time: 10 hours. Tip: on this day it is possible Fly on a scheduled local flight by Aero link (15-seater plane) to Kidepo – Apoka airfield. Min 6people

Day2: Kidepo Valley National Park – morning and evening game viewing safari

After an early morning breakfast, catch up with the African sun rise proceed in a morning game drive; enjoy sightings of herds of Elephants, Cape buffaloes, Giraffes, Lions and plenty more lunch at place of accommodation. In the afternoon you will be joined by an expert ranger guide for a nature walk to explore the park on foot away from the steel dressed of safari car sharing his knowledge of the Eco-system and also bring you closure to the animals.

Day3: Kidepo Valley National Park – Game Drive and Kanangorok Hot Springs

Kidepo valley tour starts with an early morning breakfast, then catch the sun rise behind the mountain before flooding the valley then off for the game drive to the ostrich farm it’s not any man made occurrence, but given the massive number of the birds one would compare it to this along the we shall be able to view, herds of elephants, Cape buffaloes, Giraffes, Lions and then the hot springs at Kanangorok.

Day4: Kidepo Valley National Park to Moroto – via Nakapirimoru Manyattas in Kotido

Today after breakfast you will drive to Moroto. Along the way visit the Nakapirimoru Village to see the Karamojong warriors’ homestead ‘Manyattas’ this particular one is as comparable to a city once viewed from a higher elevation and is said to rank among the first and largest human settlements in East Africa. The Karamonjong are a pastoral community, predominately cattle and goats’ keepers, they are easily recognisable by their unique style of dress and beadings. Proceed and have overnight in Moroto town.

Optional activity: Homestay with Karamajong nomadic warriors. (This can be booked at an additional cost, please contact our reservation expert in advance.

This is for real adventure seekers, who wish to experience typical Karimojong pastoral life by sleeping a night with the animals and shepherds in the Kraal. Experience traditions like spearing a cow for blood to drink and eat roasted and get your own Karimojong name. Share stories around the campfire, play games with the warriors and learn how all about nomadic life.

Day5: Moroto Town to Sipi Falls, Mt Elgon
Early morning departure for Sipi falls. Today evening you will go for a coffee tour; from the garden, to picking coffee beans, roasting straight to making that cup of coffee by yourself. With this Coffee roasting experience, learn how coffee is locally processed at home.

Day6: Drive back to Kampala.

Today morning, you will have a walk around sipi falls to enjoy this spectacular landscape, caves. Sipi is group of different falls. Head back to Kampala, with an hour stopover in Jinja, you could choose to visit the legendary source of the river Nile (optional at extra cost), here you will take a boat ride to view the point where the river leaves Lake Victoria, on its journey to the Mediterranean Sea. You will thereafter continue to Kampala/ Entebbe. Approximate driving time: 6 hours
