Today we drive to shores of Lake Victoria, from where the group will take a boat ride on Mabamba swamp to see and photograph the fascinating Shoebill – as well as the other water bird species. We will explore by boat paddled by our local site guides. Look out for the Shoebill in the marsh, Uganda’s most unique bird.

Basically, we try to take shoebill photos one more time today evening. Doing both morning and late afternoon will also offer different light and positions, and photo opportunities. After we head back and have a photo review session at the hotel.

We transfer to Murchison Falls NP, visit Top of the Falls.
Photography of the powerful Murchison falls and landscape. We continue for evening game drive on time for sunset photography, before we head back to your luxury lodge.

Today we have another Full day game drive, to capture morning sunrise, golden hour and more animal portraits and close-up wildlife photograph. Later evening, we retire to your lodge for dinner.

Today we transfer 6 hours to Kibale forest national park. An optional scenic domestic scheduled flight (1 hour) Pakuba to Kasese airstrip is available at extra cost.

Todat afternoon, we are photographing monkeys around Lake Nkuruba nature reserve & crater lake photography. We have photo review session at the hotel as well as a detailed briefing f in preparation for chimps the following day.

Exclusive Chimpanzee Habituation Experience: More access with fewer tourists up to 4 hours – as we take active primate portraits.

This morning after an early breakfast, we drive to Kibale forest gate, from where rangers will give a briefing talk on chimpanzee habituation experience.  Upon finding them, you will be allowed only 4 hours of viewing these amazing animals. Kibale forest has one of the highest diversity of primates in Africa.

Later today, we go for another chimpanzee tracking photo experience starting at 2pm. Upon finding them we’ll photograph for an hour and later head back to your luxury lodge.

Photo Highlight: Active low-light forest shots, up-close Chimps photos, motion sequences, intimate expressions. Photograph chimps from dawn till later afternoon, capturing action, grooming, and social behavior.

Today, we transfer to the mountains of Bwindi Forest – home of mountain gorillas. We continue viewing the spectacular scenery of mountains in the southwest part of Uganda. An optional domestic scheduled flight (1 hour). Have a scenic drive to your luxury lodge in Bwindi. Afternoon at leisure or cultural photography walk. Photo Highlight: Roadside wildlife, tea plantations, dramatic forest horizons, and community life.

Morning briefing on guided gorilla trek into Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. Start your trek to meet a habituated gorilla family. Upon finding gorillas, you will stay up to 1 hour photographing mountain gorillas. After we return back to your luxury lodge.
Optional photo editing /image review sessions in the afternoon.
