Considering the current uncertainty surrounding Coronavirus – COVID-19, Chigo Tours Africa is offering more flexible and simplified Gorilla safari and tour booking conditions with customer arrival dates and deposits.We are making the following changes and additions on our tours and safaris.

Safety care on our tours and safaris:

All our safari and tour vehicles and driver guides will be having hand sanitizers, our clients will be provided with masks, when needed. We are selecting partner lodges with few rooms, less people and but offering more private experience. For water safari we are encouraging our clients to go on private boat cruises.

Rescheduling gorilla tours and safaris:

Clients who had booked gorilla tours safaris with us, our sales and reservation team will be rescheduling all those trips to clients’ preferred dates in future. So, you’re guaranteed your payments to us is secure.

Uganda Gorilla trekking Safaris

Deposit due reduced to from 30 to 20%:
As chigo tours Africa recognizing travel disruptions caused, when you submit a tour inquiry, we are lowering our deposit requirement from 30% to 20% of trip cost and the remaining amount payable 10 days to trip start date. We share the view that making your payment balances as close as possible to the arrival date.

Increased the refundable period in our cancellation policy:
Chigo Tours Africa has increased refundable period up to 10 days to trip start date. Kindly note that this applies to enquiries made starting 15^th March 2020 up to 1^st May 2020.We are allowing the remaining amount to be refundable as close to the arrival date as possible. Our valued clients, it is safe to make booking with us.

Customers encouraged to use online merchant payment platform:
We are encoring our clients to make their payments using our online payments platform. This is to minimize risk of exposure of getting into banks. We will be opening the payment link longer up to 72 hours. This is to allow our valued clients more time to research their planned tours.
