All our safari and tour vehicles and driver guides will be having hand sanitizers, our clients will be provided with masks, when needed. We are selecting partner lodges with few rooms, less people and but offering more private experience. For water safari we are encouraging our clients to go on private boat cruises.

Increased the refundable period in our cancellation policy:
Chigo Tours Africa has increased refundable period up to 10 days to trip start date. Kindly note that this applies to enquiries made starting 15th March 2020 up to 1st May 2020.We are allowing the remaining amount to be refundable as close to the arrival date as possible. Our valued clients, it is safe to make booking with us.
